The SITE Young Leaders Conference is the best space to share ideas and experiences with fellow Young Leaders. The conference aims to bridge gaps and forge relationships between MICE industry professionals, young and young at heart! Connections made at SITE YL can lead to lifelong friendships, and if we’ve learned anything from these past couple of years, is that working together and looking out for each other is the best way through.
Whether we’ve begun our journey or are starting out again, working in events has never been more gratifying or stressful. Business has picked up at a rapid pace and a lot of us struggle to find time for ourselves and ways to recharge.
For 2022, our theme is Resilient Wellbeing. We want to explore wellness, in every sense of the word, and how to set aside moments of wellbeing in order to fuel ourselves (and our teams) for when the going gets tough.
